. . . a video from the Summer Solstice
Following up from the Summer Solstice event, we have included in this issue of Close up, a short video of the track “Solaris Aglow” filmed at the Summer Solstice celebration at Zen Den in Matakana on December 22 last year. As you know we had a technical problem that meant we were not able to stream the event as we hoping to do. But with that behind us, we are confident we will be able to stream future events including the Autumn Equinox in March. The track Solaris Aglow featured on the album “One in the Field” and the music was an inspiration of the Sun’s powerful energy - as we experience here on Earth. Apart from the streaming issue we had a wonderful evening with around 30 people attending, including children. Thank you Barry for shooting this with your cellphone . . .
In the Gardens
We are putting the final touches on “In the Gardens” meditation track. We expect to have it finished and released NEXT WEEK!
In the Gardens will be available as a download on the website and we will let you know as soon as it is available.
In the Gardens is just over 22 minutes duration. The music is theme-based with a peaceful heart-connecting energy that enters gently and works to move the consciousness toward a deep meditation at around 7 minutes. The stillness of the centre bridge is timeless in this meditation and has a profound healing energy that will leave you feeling complete and in the light of your true self. With the return of the theme at around 15 minutes, a quiet joy emerges through the music to entice the stillness of your inner being to move as your soul presence - in a subtle but gentle swaying motion. As the music moves toward its conclusion, you may even feel the impulse to rise to your feet, and bring your complete physical nature into the oneness of your infinite soul energy.
Music format survey
Once upon a time it was easy to distribute music. In my lifetime we have had Vinyl records, Cassette tapes, Compact discs and now it's all digital, you can’t see it playing, you just listen to it. For lots of reasons, digital music is a good thing, but with music player formats advancing so quickly, I know there are many people out there who find it difficult to keep up. If possible, I would like to be able to supply my music on the old formats if I knew what sort of numbers I was dealing with.
So, this is a simple yes/no survey.
